Pre-wash brush

Initial processing component within a plate processor designed specifically to strip away the laser-ablated Black Mask (LAMS) layer from digital photopolymer plates prior to the main washout phase. It operates using specialized, low-friction bristles that gently scrub and dissolve the dark carbon mask into a dedicated pre-wash solution without scratching the delicate UV-exposed polymer beneath. This prevents contamination of the main washout bath, ensuring cleaner processing chemistry and maintaining precise relief geometry.
