Air Knife
A pressurized pneumatic blow-off device engineered to discharge a uniform, high-velocity sheet of laminar airflow for drying, cooling, or debris removal along industrial production lines. It operates by pressurizing compressed air or blower air within an internal plenum chamber, forcing it out through a continuous, micrometer-thin linear slot running the length of the aluminum or stainless steel body. Utilizing the Coandă effect, the discharged air stream adheres to the outer profile of the profile lip and draws in large volumes of surrounding ambient air, converting a small volume of input supply into a powerful, high-impact curtain of air that strips moisture, dust, oils, or static charges from passing conveyor parts without physical contact.
