Drive HGR

A heavy-duty linear motion drive assembly featuring a high-rigidity guide rail paired with recirculating ball carriages to enable precise, frictionless linear positioning. It operates via precision-ground gothic-arch grooves along the steel rail profile that house multiple rows of internal steel bearings within a sliding block or carriage. As an external motor or actuator applies driving force, the rolling elements recirculate continuously through internal return paths in the carriage block, converting rotational input or axial force into smooth, low-friction linear translation capable of supporting high radial, reverse-radial, and lateral loads in CNC machinery, industrial automation, and robotics.
